We are excited to share that we have decided to accept an offer of acquisition from Matchbook, a fellow Indianapolis-based agency. This acquisition was in the works prior to the COVID-19 pandemic, however this presented an opportunity to serve our clients, including our public health clients more dynamically in a time of need. This acquisition also presents an opportunity to expand the services we offer our clients to include public relations to a level we have not in the past.
