However, the time has come to make a change, and with change comes opportunity. We are excited to share that we have decided to accept an offer of acquisition from Matchbook, a fellow Indianapolis-based agency. This acquisition was in the works prior to the COVID-19 pandemic, however this presented an opportunity to serve our clients, including our public health clients more dynamically in a time of need. This acquisition also presents an opportunity to expand the services we offer our clients to include public relations to a level we have not in the past. Matchbook is a company that shares many of our core values, including diversity in services, commitment to the community, and emphasis on purpose-driven marketing. We’ve known the agency for many years, and trust them with the great responsibility of continuing to move our principles forward and provide clients with unparalleled service.
