With a new Bold Brand positioning as our guide, MilesHerndon developed a new look and distinctive voice for BRPH. The BRPH brand now stands out from the competition, helping to attract clients and employee talent in this highly competitive field. In tandem with materials created by BRPH’s internal team, this campaign took home first place for a Brand Launch in SMPS’s national Marketing Communications Awards.
A key part of the website strategy was to bring the company culture to the forefront, which is eloquently and effectively communicated by BRPH’s own employees.

As stated earlier, one of main objectives of the new site was to attract the best talent. Ambient video on the home page drives site visitors to a video that introduces the company, process and staff. On the back end, thanks to a user-friendly CMS, it’s quick and easy for the client to frequently update projects, blog posts and news content. Post launch, the client indicated there was a 217% increase in web traffic, which helped result in dozens of qualified leads.
